Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered a set of Framed Prints and a Room Spray. The prints are beautiful and the room spray, 'Coastal Breeze', smells really fresh. Everything was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. My only gripe is that it took 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, though.

Decent value for quality

I was looking for some new decor and found Ember and Elm. I bought a Travel Toiletry Bag and some Soy Wax Melts during a flash sale. I managed to get a good deal, which made the purchase feel worthwhile. The bag is sturdy, and the melts have a nice subtle scent. Shipping took about a week to get to me, but for the price I paid, I'm satisfied. It wasn't the absolute cheapest option out there, but the quality seems good.

Really nice stuff!

Got a couple of their Scented Candles, 'Forest Retreat' and 'Spiced Pear'. They smell amazing and look super cute on my coffee table. Shipping was fast enough, like 4 days to my place. I'm happy with how everything turned out. Will probably grab some more when these run out.

Their packaging has always been secure, and shipping to Georgia usually takes about 5-6 days, which is reliable. They've maintained consistency across all my orders, which is why I keep coming back.
